Frequently asked questions
Which equipment can I record?
Sliding and swing gates, garage doors, barriers, roller shutters and access control — with drives, control units, photocells, remotes, GSM modules and more. The catalog can be changed for your company.
What happens when a drive is replaced?
Mark the replacement: the new component takes its place, and the old one stays in the history with the date.
Can I plan maintenance visits?
Yes. A task gets a date and time and appears in the calendar. When the visit is finished, the work and the check result are written to the site history.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Keyrax works in the browser on a phone and a computer. Sign up and add your first site.
Can one company work in several lines of business?
Yes. The industry only sets the starting catalogs and wording. Clients, sites and history are shared, and catalogs can be changed at any time.
Can a contractor work without an account?
Yes. A work order is sent as a link: the contractor sees only the job, fills in the report and adds photos. You accept the result or send it back.
How do I add my team?
Invite colleagues by link. The owner chooses who sees all sites, who manages clients, tasks and work orders, and who can edit other people’s entries.
Who can see my data?
Only members of your company. Data of different companies is isolated, and files are served only after an access check.
