Frequently asked questions

What happens when I reach a limit?

Nothing is blocked or hidden. You keep viewing the whole history and finishing started work — only creating new sites, inviting more people or uploading files above the limit is paused until you change the plan.

Can I change the plan later?

Yes, in both directions. During the pilot the owner requests a plan on the Team page and we switch the company.

How are users counted?

Every member of the company, including the owner, plus invitations that have not been accepted yet. Contractors who work by a work order link do not count.

Do I pay for each completed job?

No. One subscription per company, however many jobs you record.

Is my data kept if I move to a smaller plan?

Yes. All sites, history and files stay. Permissions already granted also remain — only editing them requires Pro.

Is there a different price for my industry?

No. Gate installers, climate specialists and auto services use the same plans.
