The service
Keyrax is an online workspace where installation and service companies keep the technical history of their sites and equipment, plan tasks and record completed work. The provider named on this page operates the service.
Accounts and teams
- Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for actions taken under your account.
- The owner of a company workspace decides who is invited, which roles and permissions they get and when access ends.
- Tell us without delay if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Workspace data
Data entered into a company workspace — clients, sites, equipment, tasks, work records, photos and documents — belongs to that company. We process it only to provide, secure and support the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you may enter this data, including personal data of your clients and contacts. The company may ask us to export or delete its workspace.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Do not try to bypass access controls, probe other companies’ data or disrupt the service.
- Do not resell or give third parties access to the service without our written agreement.
Pilot and fees
During the pilot the service is provided free of charge. Paid plans, prices and limits are agreed separately; nothing is charged without your explicit agreement, and changes are announced in advance.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Keyrax available and to keep backups, but during the pilot the service is provided as is, without a guaranteed level of availability. Features may change as the product develops.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Ending use
You may stop using Keyrax at any time. We may suspend access that breaches these terms or threatens the security of the service, and will tell the company owner why where possible. Before a workspace is closed, the company can request an export of its data.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top identifies the current version, and material changes are announced in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Questions about these terms: write to the contact address shown on this page.
