Frequently asked questions
Can I connect ChatGPT or Claude to my CRM?
Yes. Keyrax works as a connector (MCP server) for ChatGPT and Claude. After you sign in and allow access, the assistant can read your tasks, sites and files and, if you allow it, create and update tasks.
What can the assistant see?
Exactly what you can see in the company you chose — no more. It acts on your behalf and with your permissions.
Can it change or delete data?
With read-only access it changes nothing. With read and change it can create and edit tasks, checklists and files. It cannot delete sites or rewrite service history.
How do I disconnect it?
Disconnect it on the Team page, under AI apps. Access also ends automatically when you change your password or email.
