Frequently asked questions
How do I get reports and photos from subcontractors?
Create a work order in Keyrax and send the subcontractor the link. They open it on a phone without an account, fill in the report and upload photos. You review it and accept it into the site history or send it back with a comment.
Do subcontractors count as users?
No. People who work by a work-order link are not company members and do not count toward users.
Is the link secure?
The link is shown once and only a hash of it is stored. It expires on its own after 14 days, and you can extend or revoke it at any time. It opens only the data you chose to share for that job.
What if the report is incomplete?
Send it back with a comment. The subcontractor sees the comment by the same link, fixes the report and submits it again.
